Concept for Landfall - the flooded golden gate bridge, and its inhabitants.
Attempt to develop the golden gate in such a way that it would be unrecognizable in closeup but still iconic in wide shots (so as to facilitate a reveal within the story). Used hanging tarp, which also gives the structure a sense of flow, and relying upon iconic red towers to read as ‘golden gate’.

Backgrounds for ABSLE video about Buddhist monks - both images are structured to pan and layered for parallax as monks on boats move through the midground. Left image is made desaturated and recalls traditional Chinese mountains in mist. Right image is for end, saturated for contrast and adds auroras to foreshadow the bright moon which ends the sequence.
Cockpit interior - back-facing for thesis Pandora’s Wake - green overtones suggest the cool unemotive nature of the world, contrasted with pricks of gold. At either side of the seat, the book collection of the main character Hess - still in shadow as she tries to hide her true passion.
